With over 25 years of experience in the carpet industry, the founders of Leo Rugs have decided to put this extensive experience into work and create a unique experience for their clients.

Kareem Rifaat
Managing Director and Co- founder of Leo Rugs
Kareem is the Managing Director and the Co- founder of Leo Rugs; one of the leading producers of rugs for the United States and the European markets since 2019. Kareem has over 25 years of experience in the carpet industry, export sales, marketing and management. He started his
career in 1995 as an Export Sales Manager, advancing to become the export director and finally the commercial director for some of the biggest manufacturers of Rugs and Carpets worldwide.
Ayman Hamed
Managing Director and Co- Founder of Leo Rugs
Ayman is the Managing Director and the Co- founder of Leo Rugs; one of the leading producers of rugs for the United States and European markets since 2019. Ayman has over 20 years of experience in the carpet industry in both sales and marketing and in manufacturing in local and international markets. He started his career in 1999 as Regional Manager, and progressed to becoming a Managing Director, then Chief Executive Officer for several of the biggest carpet manufacturers worldwide. Ayman holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and has completed a Mergers and Acquisition Course from Harvard Business School.
